AMOUNT_ORDERED column in PO_DISTRIBUTIONS_ALL table is showing NULL value

Hi,
I've encountered an issue where some Ordered Amount values on the distribution level are showing up as null when querying the PO_DISTRIBUTIONS_ALL table. This field is the most reliable—and currently the only—option I can use to build the Outstanding Report I'm working on.

Has anyone else experienced the same? What could've been the cause of this?
