Does using both Classic Person Management & Redwood Employment Info interfaces to manage employment

For them, the Classic Person Management page is currently the most efficient tool due to its consolidated and comprehensive view of worker records, unlike the Redwood Employment Info page, which requires navigating through segmented tasks.
1.Can HRs continue to use the Classic Person Management screen to make employment-related changes?
2. Is it safe to use both "Employment Info" in Redwood and "Person Management" in parallel as part of the same business process?
3. Will it lead to data conflicts or inconsistencies?
4. Is there an Oracle roadmap for deprecating the Classic Person Management UI?
