Unable to change POV or refresh report in Smart View -Migrated FR Reports to Reports Tab

Hello,

We need assistance with an issue a user is experiencing when opening a migrated Financial Reporting (FR) report to Reports Tab using Insert Formatted Report in Excel. Upon attempting to refresh or change the POV, the user encounters the following error:

Cannot connect to the provider. Make sure it is running in the specified host/port. Error(0).

Following this, Excel becomes unresponsive. When the user attempts to close the file, a second error message appears:

Sorry, we couldn't find [file name]. Is it possible it was moved, renamed, or deleted?

At this point, the user is unable to switch tabs or perform any further actions in Excel, and the only option is to forcibly close the file.
