Missing Feature Category section on UI 25B RSSP

Summary:

We have enabled RSSP in new non production environment using feature "Enable the Redwood Version as the Default Self Service Procurement Application". We are unable to see Feature Categories section.

Earlier in 25A different environment, we had enabled RSSP using the feature "Procure Goods and Services Using the Responsive Self Service Procurement Application", Featured Categories was visible.
