Help Desk Data only role for access to reporting for HR Service Requests and Knowledge Management

Summary:

I am trying to provide access to a Help Desk and Knowledge dashboard for users that cannot access the Help Desk and Knowledge modules.

The subject areas that they require access to are below:-

Knowledge Management - Article Summary Historical

Knowledge Management - Article Category Real Time

Help Desk - HR Service Requests Real Time

To access the Knowledge Management subject areas I added the below role:-

Knowledge Manager (ORA_CSO_KNOWLEDGE_MANAGER_JOB)

This allowed access to the subject areas but also access to the Knowledge module.

To access the Help Desk subject areas I added the below role:-
