Create Custom Tiles within Me > Personal Info

Summary:

We are wanting to create a custom Tile within the Me > Personal Info page that links out to an external (static) URL.
This is because moving to redwood removes the functionality for us to embed a link on a certain page.
We can create a tile that shows on the homepage under ME, but we want it to appear under Me > Personal Info.
We've created a sandbox, created a new Quick Action (which shows in quick actions) but how do you configure it to show where the yellow square is please?
