"Mark All Read" option for OCI console notifications

As the cloud tenancy admin, I get a LOT of notifications in the console and via e-mail. But it's impossible to clear out the yellow dot on the bell/notification icon without manually marking every announcement as read (which would take a lot of time and clicking). Having a "mark all read" button on this page would allow me to "reset" everything to read and clear out that yellow dot, helping my OCD. :-)
