The Instructors of the course to receive notification for an enrollment in Request status

Hi there, I want to setup the Manage Default access - "Learner Self-Service Settings" to Requested.
The users get a Requested status.

I want the course Instructors to approve these requests. I believe this should be ok and the Instructors will be able to activate these requests directly in the Offering level.
However, I want to inform them about these requests once per day. I was thinking of prepare a resource alert that will take all statuses in the last 24 hours with status
