How do we enable our workforce to see Future Dated Records in Redwood?

Summary:
Our Admin users and managers cannot see future dated records in Redwood. Is there a security privilege that is blocking this?

We'd like to be able to see the future dated records directly in Employment Info > Employment History without having to choose a future effective date if possible.

We also tried searching using a future dated effective date filter in Employment Info and that didn't work.
