Few terminates associates have System Person type as EX_EMP and others have EMP.

Hi Oracle Experts,

Can you please help me understand on what terminated scenarios we get System Person Type as EX_EMP and EMP. We are having issues in Production because of this System Person Type as EX_EMP condition. Associates are Terminated in HCM but not sent to downstream as the integration checks for the EX_EMP condition, terminated associates System Person Type shows as EMP in the backend table in Production. Because of this, associates are still showing as active in the downstream.

Tried to Terminate from Person Managment →Work Relationship, My Client Groups→Show more→ Termination. Associates terminated with the system person type as EX_EMP in non-production.
