Expenditure Organization do not Auto Populate when Editing Multiple lines on RSSP

On RSSP after 25C, while editing multiple lines to "update the Existing Distribution" or "Delete and create distributions" system does not auto populate the Expenditure Organization for the selected Project Number. While inputting the Distribution for single line system auto populate the Expenditure Organization for the same Project number selected.
