Return Receipt showing Pending Fulfillment Status

Hello,

I have done a a return receipt with a debit memo, but the status of the return receipt is pending fulfillment.

I have checked the Debit memo checkbox in the supplier but am still not able to proceed with the return receipt.

If any one has any idea about the Solution Please do let me know the reason.
