Positivepay file report failed due to large data range, Showing an "operation failed" due to data.
While running the Positive Pay File (PPF) report, we selected a wide date range from 2023 to 2025. When we submitted the report, it failed with an error message saying “operation failed exception” and “unexpected execution code.” The error indicates that the report exceeded the server’s data processing limit. We would like to know the recommended time frame or data limit we should use to successfully run the PPF report without errors.
