How to set Home Address as the First Address in Contact Info Page

Summary:

I have a requirement from the client where we need to set up Address Type of Home Town Address as First Address in the Contact Info Page.

We have set the Display Sequence of Lookup Code of Home Town to 10, So now whenever we add new Home Town Address it will be displayed on the top. But for those employees whose Home Town is already updated but not as the first address, how can we get them to the top and display it as first address in the contact info page of the employee.
