Redwood Timecard Displays Blank Screen for some new users
Hello experts,
We've been running into an interesting problem the last couple weeks. To summarize the issue, some new employees aren't able to access their timecards. If an employee tries to access the timecard or create one for the pay period, the system just displays a blank white screen. To give a recent example, two new employees were hired this week, employee X and employee Y. They both have very low system access, being regular employees. They both started on the same day, have the same job, and work in the same department. Employee X can access their timecard fine, while employee Y gets a blank screen. I'm having trouble identifying
