Impact on Licenses for an Inactive User account with no roles assigned in Fusion ERP

Summary:

Would there be any impact on licenses against a user account that is in "Inactive" status with "No" roles assigned and unable to log into Fusion ERP Application?

  1. It is noted that user accounts are automatically created and mapped to person records if the setting for option "User Account Creation" under Manage HCM Enterprise Options is set to "Both person and party users".
  2. Further it was also noted that any user accounts with no roles provisioned are automatically turned Inactive in system.

We want to go ahead with these settings as it allows user accounts to be automatically created and only the ones that are required access/roles can be in active status, but want to confirm if there is any impact on licenses with Inactive user accounts with no roles.
