FCCS Email Notification Configuration for Approval and Consolidation Journals by Finance Team
We are using Oracle FCCS and would like to configure email notifications such that only relevant finance teams receive notifications related to their entities. For example, when Amy from Finance Team A posts or submits a journal for an entity under Finance Team A, only members of Finance Team A should receive the email notification. However, we are currently observing that all users, including members of Finance Team B (e.g., Betty), are receiving these notifications, regardless of their team assignment.
Our goal is to restrict email notifications so that they are sent only to the appropriate users or groups based on the journal’s associated entity or team. We would like to understand how to configure notifications—either through Approval Unit Hierarchies, Enterprise Journal settings, or user/group access.
