Rest action error on the Manage categories page in HR Helpdesk

Hi, we get Error response during RestAction when to access Manage Categories for HR Help Desk Requests.

However we are able to create the categories.

The issue is not reported on other Helpdesk pages and we see the error for the seeded role as well.
