Approval rule using BPM: Approval Routing for Absence Donation to AOR not working

Summary:
I am configuring approval routing for the donation absence so that requests are directed to a specific AOR. Despite following the recommended BPM Worklist steps and setting the appropriate representative, the approval is not routing as expected and results in an error
I was informed that the AOR for Absence Donation transactions can only be configured via BPM Worklist, not the Transaction Console

Configuration details:

  1. Setup and Maintenance: Manage Task Configurations for Human Capital Management"
  2. Searched for "AbsencePlanBalanceDonationApproval," clicked on Assignees, then "Go to Rule."
  3. Expanded the rule to view both IF and THEN conditions
