Trouble Reporting Unsubscribes from Custom Preference Center – Advice Needed

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping someone here might be able to help or has encountered something similar.

We’ve built a custom preference center using Eloqua landing pages and forms, and while it’s working well from a user experience standpoint, we’ve noticed an important issue: we’re no longer able to accurately report on unsubscribes.

Global unsubscribes through custom forms aren’t being attributed to campaigns or tracked in Eloqua’s native unsubscribe metrics. Unfortunately, this seems to be a limitation when moving away from Eloqua’s default subscription management page.

We want to keep our custom preference center (we don’t want to revert to the native Eloqua page), but also need to restore
