Employment start date is not visible for My Team area

Hi All,

The Employment start date is not appearing for My Team Area and we can able to see in My Client Group.

We have crosschecked on Structure level Enabled and Enabled on Profile options

ORA_PER_CHANGE_EMPLOYMENT_START_DATES but still its not visible.
