FIXED: How do I remove a blank combo box that is displaying overtop of the pre-built scorecards?

Self-Resolved: I found a template that was added to the page in VBS, after I removed the template the pre-built scorecards re-appeared.

Hello, we are looking at Redwood Inventory Management Landing Page in our TEST environment. I have a blank combo box on top of the pre-built scorecards that should not be there. How do I remove it? I have tried VBS Express mode but cannot find how to remove it
