Redwood Purchase Orders not working after 25B

Summary:

We set up the Redwood Purchase Order page in 25A for inquiry purposes, and it was working as expected. After 25B, when the user clicks on the Purchase Orders (New) quick action, the browser address bar shows that Fusion is opening the redwood page, but then the UI returns immediately to the home screen.
