Issue with Missing User Details in Oracle Financial Applications
Hi Experts,
I'm reaching out to highlight an issue we've encountered in our Oracle Financial applications. We've noticed that for users who have recently left the organization, any journals they created are missing information in the "Created by" and "Approved by" fields.
Additionally, we've observed that in one of our lower environments, which was recently cloned from PROD, the user details are visible. This discrepancy is causing confusion and could potentially impact our processes.
While we understand that this is standard functionality, we are seeking any leads or workaround solutions to address this issue.
If anyone has encountered this before or has suggestions on how to mitigate it, your insights would be greatly appreciated.
