Retrigger Observation Checklist email after the transaction is Terminated

Summary:

On 25B.

When an Observation Checklist is triggered, its gets logged in Transaction Console.

In Transaction Console, we have option to Terminate Process.

If it's terminated accidently, is there a way to retrigger the email notification to the line manager?

If I reset the activity that is one step above of the Observation Checklist in Offering, should it trigger again?
