How to add AND and OR in one rule in HR Helpdesk

Hi All,

I am building an assignment rule in Oracle HR Helpdesk where I need to implement the following rule

a) If subject contains COC 'OR' Certificates 'OR' Category equals Payroll 'AND' Country is Germany then assign to Queue A

b) If subject contains COC 'OR' Certificates 'OR' Category equals Payroll 'AND' Country is India then assign to Queue B

This I have been able to achieve using score as i am not able to write OR and AND in a single rule.

However when published the 3rd condition as below

c) If subject contains Compensation 'OR' Salary 'AND' Country is Germany then assign to Queue C. I created a different rule set but now for rule A it is always going to Queue A
