How can we require Gender to be entered for certain countries in Redwood Convert Pending Worker?

Summary:

Finalizing our Redwood migration and have been holding out on the Convert Pending Worker process. There are multiple posts for responsive/TDS in that you cannot require gender there and we were hoping that Redwood and VB Studio would enable the ability to require gender country by country. In our testing and personalization in 25B, we cannot find a way and this still appears to be a gap. But asking the community just in case we are missing something and there is a way in the Express VB Studio toolset. It would be a big win within Redwood as hoped
