Item number field is not reflected in the Procurement Requisitions Real Time subject area

I used the Procurement Requisitions Real Time subject area in OTBI to build a report.  There is just one field in the underlying source data that is not reflected in the subject area.  The field is the item number sometimes referred to as the item or item name.  We use this field for all of our catalog ordering. I was wondering if there is a way to enable the field for use in the subject area.
