How to default permanent under Add assignment page

Summary:

Hi,

We want to disable the temporary option from Add Assignment-> "Will the assignment be temporary or permanent" ? field so permanent will be by default populate.

As mentioned in Oracle doc:

However, you can end date all the actions and reasons for the type "Temporary Assignment", so it will not let the users proceed until they select "Permanent" in "Will the assignment be temporary or permanent?".

Can you please suggest on what is the exact name for temporary assignment where we can end date it?

What is the steps i need to follow here please guide.
