Is there a way to retrieve deletion records of employee-assignment changes
We are looking to track and retrieve historical changes related to employee assignments, specifically focusing on any deletions or removals of key data such as position, department, or assignment records. The goal is to identify when such changes occurred, which records were affected, and who performed the action. We need to determine whether this information can be obtained through SQL queries, audit logs, or any other available tools within Oracle HCM Cloud.
In particular, we are trying to capture:
- Deleted or end-dated positions or departments associated with employees
- Deleted or updated assignment records (e.g., reassignment, department change, termination)
- The ability to report or analyze these changes for audit or reconciliation purposes
