How to Suppress “Saved Draft Application Reminder” After Requisition Is Closed / Cancelled

We’ve noticed that candidates continue to receive the “Saved Draft Application Reminder” (Recruiting Content Library notification) email even when the associated job requisition has been closed, cancelled, or deleted.

Ideally, candidates should not receive a reminder to complete their application if the position no longer exists, since they are no longer able to submit it.

From what we understand, the reminder is triggered based on the candidate’s draft application status and not on the requisition status.

Has anyone been able to configure a condition to suppress this reminder when the requisition is inactive?
