Not allowing posting of journals in GL or Not allowing user to login ERP at certain time in the day

Summary:

We have a requirement in which either we have to now allow users to post journals in GL or able to access ERP between 07:30 PM and 08:30 PM EST to post any journals in Oracle Cloud ERP GL, as at that time critical sync processes get executed.

One option could be trying to set journal approval auto-rejection rules , but we want to avoid that , as already we have many auto-reject rules , and currently when journals gets auto-rejected system doe snot specifically tell user why the journal got auto-rejected.

Could you please suggest and advice how this can be achieved in Oracle Cloud ERP ?
