Unable to load Pipilien requisition using HDL

Summary:

While trying to load pipeline requisition, we're getting the following error -

'You need to enter a valid value for the SubmissionsProcessTemplateId field'

We've tried with pipeline CSP code but still the result is same. What are we missing?
