On-Hand Value Infolet shows Incorrect value for users have limited Inventory Org Access

Summary:

Business has reported an issue with on-hand value infolet value appearing in Inventory Homepage. We have two different users - user A having 10 Inventory Org access and user B has 6 Inventory Org access. By default, we have "All" value selected and On-hand value showing as 'X' for both the users.

Although user B have access to 6 Inventory Org. On-hand value is showing for all 10 Inventory Org.

Also, there is another requirement from business on how to exclude the on-hand value for 3 Inventory Org and display it only for remaining 7 org.

Please advise how to work on this requirement from business.
