After importing unable to view questions in question library

Summary:

We are trying to import interview feedback questions into a test environment. We have successfully imported the questions, and the status is even showing as successful, but we are unable to view on the front end. When we tried to create a question manually with the same question code, its threw an error "A record with the value XXXX already exists. Enter a unique value."
