Error configuring Personal signature for agents in Redwood Helpdesk

Hi All,

We have set the below profile options to 'Yes'.

ORA_SVC_ENABLE_PERSONAL_SIGNATURE

ORA_SVC_HRHD_ENABLE_PERSONAL_SIGNATURE

Assigned 'Next Gen Human Resource Help Desk Agent' seeded role to the user. However, we are receiving below error when trying to configure Personal Signature as an Agent.

Navigation : Helpdesk > Quick actions — My Signature
