Summary: I've seen both options in the community. Which is the best practice to notify a line manager when a direct report applies for an internal job? The notes regarding using a journey are from 21C and we are now using 25B. We are new to Oracle Cloud and I don't want to go down an incorrect path to solution this for my business partners.
