Linux x86-64

Oracle Linux 7 and above

Goal:

This document outlines the steps required to disable yum repos at the command line.

Solution:

There are repos enabled in an instance that should be disabled.

List the enabled repos

$ sudo yum repolist
ksplice-uptrack/7Server/x86_64           Ksplice Uptrack for Oracle Linux
ol7_UEKR5/x86_64                         Latest Unbreakable Enterprise Kernel Release 5 for Oracle Linux 7Server (x86_64)
ol7_UEKR6_ELS/x86_64                     Unbreakable Enterprise Kernel Release 6 for Oracle Linux 7 ELS (x86_64)
ol7_addons/x86_64
