Interface Status Awaiting Interface to Shipping. How can I change it to Interfaced to Shipping?

Summary:

A transfer order was created from the Create Supply Request screen. It appears correctly in the Manage Supply Lines screen. When checking the transfer order screen, it shows Open status. However, the Interface Status remains at Awaiting Interface to Shipping. I cannot search for the order in Create Pick Wave.
