Can We Revert "No Active Offering" Status Back to "Pending Fulfillment" in Oracle Learning

In our Oracle Learning setup, we follow a multi-step approval process: when a learner enrolls, the request first goes to the line manager for approval and then to the Learning Administrator, who activates the assignment. However, if the Learning Admin mistakenly activates the assignment too early, the status changes to "No Active Offering."
We’re looking to understand if there’s any way to revert this status back to "Pending Fulfillment" without deleting the assignment. As per current checks, there doesn't appear to be a way to reverse this through status management alone. The only workaround seems to be deleting the assignment and asking the learner to re-enroll. We're reaching out to the community to confirm if any alternative or supported approach exists for this scenario.
