Error seen while accessing FSM 'Manage Requisition Approvals'

Need guidance as we need to add additional rules through FSM

This is a client where SSP was first implemented 4 years back and now we are implementing RSSP screens. Once the error was seen in FSM we tried deactivating current rules at BPM Worklist level and introduced an auto approval rule, it was validated and committed. When we try to create requisition it is still routing to business users for approval.
