Custom ESS Job submit window is not opening in Schedule New Process Screen

Hi Team,

We have encountered an issue with the custom ESS Job. When attempting to submit the job via the Scheduled Process Screen in our lower environment, the parameter input window does not appear, preventing us from proceeding with the submission. It is important to note that this functionality is working as expected in the other environment pods.
We would appreciate your assistance in resolving this discrepancy. The expected outcome is that users should be able to submit the process through the Scheduled Process Screen without any issues.
