Oracle CX Sales UI Not Reflecting Imported Data

First time posting here -

I have recently used the import management process to delete a number of duplicate records within our application. Whilst the data has been removed, i am still seeing the duplicate records in the Lead UI.
When navigating to the deleted lead. I get the notification that the record has been deleted suggesting there is an issue with the global search screens.

We also have a process importing values to a specific field that then triggers a change to the sales stage based on some groovy mapping.
When viewing the opportunity in the global search, the old sales stage is visible however, again when navigating to the opportunity the sales stage refreshes to the correct value.
