Clarification on Transaction Time Zone Configuration?

We have observed that transaction timestamps are being stored in the database in UTC format by default. However, some transactions appear to follow the Inventory Organization time zone (UTC+1), as shown in the example below:

To ensure consistency across transactions and reporting, we would like to store all timestamps in UTC+1 at the database level.
