SCORM Bookmarking Lost - Learner Reset

Summary:

Recently we've come across an issue that learners are reporting that they have been restarted rather than bookmarking their progress as designed. Has anyone else run across this issue lately? If so, what did you do? How can we prevent this?

No changes have been made to the content, course or offering since June 18 and they are all reporting the issue as of yesterday (July 14).

Any thoughts on how this could have happened?
