Why is my Requisition Number not showing results in My Receipts page (Redwood) after enabling it

I have enabled "My Receipts" in Procurement using the Redwood experience in my instance. However, when I try to enter a Requisition Number, it doesn't show any results. Could someone please help me understand why this is happening and how to fix it?
