Customer Redwood Blocker - Requires help to understand Visual Builder Studio

My customer, Scottish Water, has a key Redwood Blocker - (Redwood does not support current functionality). One option being explored, but needs further clarification and testing , would involve the use of Visual Builder Studio.  They understand that this would allow thier system administrator to create a placeholder to allow front end users the ability to select the relevant person for requisition progression.

They are requesting a Face-to-Face (Video) session where someone can provide some insight into Visual Builder Studio.
