What happens if I don't activate the Redwood Self-Service Procurement app?

Summary:

If my client doesn't want to upgrade to the Redwood Self-Service Procurement app, will users no longer be able to use the classic interface to request requisitions in version 25C?

I've reviewed several documents, but they are very clear on this.
I ask for your support with the information; we are currently on version 25A and still have time to make changes.
