Summary:

 A user named Mr. A has submitted a resignation request and he is also Head of department (AOR) and this AOR is part of resignation approval so Mr. A is being a part of his own request approval, which is incorrect, so we need to skip Mr. A in the approval and for the remaining employees for whom Mr. A is a department head, he should be part of approval and not for his own request and even if a HR raises a transaction on behalf of employee and if the employee is in the approval flow it should be
