HR Help Desk Actions and Action Plans
Summary:
We are exploring how we might use actions and action plans in HR Help Desk to greater effect, and would love to connect with other Oracle customers already using these features to support agents with effective resolution of queries. We are keen to understand the use cases where these features have been used, successes and learning points. We would be more than happy to share our experiences in other areas in return :)
